How hard can it be ?

This weekend I bought a T-Shirt from Sports Direct in Morecambe ( no Im not going chav ) and was very pleased with the quality , and it fit well which is always  problematic for me . Anyway I thought I'd better buy a second one while I was there ( 60 mile round journey ) but there was a snag  . The assistant told me that they only stock one T-Shirt of each size and that's only replaced once its sold . The replacement would come in four days time ?! This is a very large company that is a famous success story despite the economic times , and they don't have two identical T-Shirts in the same size for sale ? I guess its called efficiency , and I could understand this on a small market stall holder who had a tight turnover  , but from a multi million pound high street giant ? I was flabber ghasted !!!  Times must indeed be hard .

Weather changes moods...

 

Today has marked a change in the season . Suddenly it seems the rain has gone and we are to see a dry week . This is classic March weather ; grey over cast skies , wind roaring through the tree tops and nice dry light coloured roads . Somehow that's important to me .
  This week I have been repairing walls and fences which is an endless time consuming job that needs doing amongst the daily feeding of all the animals . Yes they are all either inside being fed  now or even those out side need feed for the next few weeks . As this is the first dry spell this year Im hoping to be able to get on the land to empty our over full slurry store before it starts running down the road quite literally . No, the holidaying neighbours next door wont like it but the time has come and the sheep will soon need the extra grass this should bring .
  If I wash my car this week it will stay clean all week due to the dry weather . I thought about waxing it today but I couldn't be bothered , then another cow calved and my enthusiasm for doing it dried up . As you get older just washing your car and hovering it out is as far as you get , but once when I had more extra energy I would have done it , never mind .
   Ive started messing around with this blogs look so don't be surprised if it goes through some odd visual stages and like the weather if you don't like the way it looks at a particular moment then just wait  a second and it will probably change !
