Fucked up

Oooooooh yeaaaah !   I almost forgot . Whats really annoying me is the stupidity of the following situations . And im fascinated to hear what you think are the explanations for these in crediblily CRASS  fuck ups.

1) While up in Scotland on holiday is saw a news paper front page carrying the story of a tragedy of awful events at Gairloch . Three young children and thier father drowned when thier small rowing boat over turned . What photo was there immediately below accompanying an unrelated story ? Only a photo of a class of school kids all wearing pirate hats with skull and cross bones!!!. Fuck me but even i found that in bad taste  . I mean why ? Did someone not think or say something  to the editor ? Words escape me . You just wouldn't would you ?!  

2) More baffeling is the advert promoting the awareness of bowel cancer on t.v at the moment . A consultant talks about this adding validity and kudos to the cause . O.K  what is the consultant called ? MR BOWLEY !!!!    Come on !  Was this name made up ? If so its totally crass and a piss take on a not very funny subject . If this happens to be the real guys name then its so silly it makes a joke of the advert losing its serious message along the way , so you would change it surely ? Either way I'm baffled what the fuck is going on there . A logical explanation for both events might be some people are just thick as shit and notice nothing....

Retro cool ?!

Here's something that ive been meaning to write for awhile  but have never been in the mood too .  Why do  children  wear retro music t-shirts !!!  Today it was a t-shirt of  70's rock band KISS , another day it was an old AC/DC  album cover  which a child under 10 was wearing .  This music was not of thier generation and they wear them as a fashion item and have probaly never listened to these bands but they know thier cool . Annoying cos at that age i would have had no concept of what was cool for my parents generation ! Sophisticated at such a young age and aware of retro cool . Makes me sick ! Today they are so aware of what they should be seen to be aligning themselves with too as if they are loooking for a knowing nod from the next generation .....and they pull it off too.....
