Final rant . The Daily Mail says now we need 7 a day to stay to stay healthy as opposed to 5  pieces of fruit a day . They pick a target that's unrealistic then move it even further away thus giving themselves more " work to do "  . Well im not loosing any sleep over it tonight.....
