What you wont find in the brochure : Reputed to be the inspiration for Emily Bronte's Wuthering Heights . It has a bad reputation for being haunted . It was once owned by the notorious Sith family who made their fortune from slavery and were the last family in this country to abandon the practise once it was made illegal . Strangely there is a lake of sulphur water under this property ( now its water supply ) . Well, what are you waiting for !!!
P.S Yes , it is haunted , and expect never ending water based troubles ...
