Is there something Im missing here ?

Once again our Government has borrowed over 10 billion pounds this month to make ends meet. This happens EVERY month !
We cannot cut spending ever by this figure each month
We cannot raise the amount of tax coming in by this amount every month

THIS ISN'T GOING ANYWHERE IS IT ?     ( but i'm not economist )
