Equaaaaaaaaulity !

If we are all the same, then why is it important to get " more black people and women into the field of physics " ? This seems to suggest certain groups hold esoteric knowledge. Maybe im playing devils advocate here, but you get my point. True equality means everyone advances under their own means. After all this is the way the world spins, especially in nature which trumps us all.
