When this anthem came out it was generally considered a " clubbing " song with its simple lyrics about drinking, but today I read a more stoic meaning into it. The words are bleak and simple, bared down to the only thing we can do when we take a fall, we get up again in defiance. Strange how a songs meaning to people can change over time.
