Brighter than the sun




Its that time of year again. Tired and sore eyes are one symptom. Amazingly I find these SAD lights work well for me. I'd say half an hour a day seems to do the job. I even used it for a time in summer as the evenings were so grey and overcast. 

Ive also had a brain wave. Why is this light not built into laptops ?  Actually lap tops are already known to produce light that is thought to disrupt our sleep patterns. SAD lights are not recommended immediately before sleep either.
