When do you stop ?

When dismantling an oppressive regime ( as you do in unsure times to give you a feel good factor ) the leader is often a fair target for death by an ugly manor . How far up or down the family tree should we go ? Bin Ladens family is wealthy and influential and he was a" black sheep " so are his children a target ?
