Its true. Ministers and Vicars are career orientaded nowadays. They dont go where they feel a calling, well they do but its suspiciously an urban calling, close to a good school for the kids and part time work for the wife. No one wants to come to a rural northern district anymore and even if they do it is for a short interim time. Like most things the soul has rotted out of over time.
