The stars of dull radio

Mealy mouthed, nasally sounding, understated, professionally trained, female PR spokes women. Radio 5 is full of 'em all offering their ultra safe and politically correct views to the airwaves in a risk free manner. The companies they speak for are happy and the radio station is happy as they are easy guests to interview. Mutually assured non events that don't rock the boat. The only person who isn't happy here is the poor listener...well unless he is a truly brain dead type who has had his opinions quashed a decade ago, and how do we know how predominant he is today ? I can only offer my personal opinion here, and its usually found siding with the minority view points nowadays. What happened to dangerous radio ? We had an American style national talk station in the UK once, but it quickly became a Sports station....yawn. Nice and predictable for the average moron. Anything to keep the status quo, eh ?
