Boys will be boys ?

Its been reported that the offensive of  Upskirting is to carry a penalty of up to 2 years in jail and having your name added to a Sex Offenders registrar. I dont know what this says about 2019 but i remember at Primary School going up to the teachers desk to ask for help with maths when really all us boys did was look down her unbuttoned shirt at her healthy cleavage. It seems that even today boys will still be boys...lol
