Diets . A lot is written about diets. The inconvenient truth is that if you cut out fast food take away type food then you will loose weight, but there is a forgotten side to this equation.After cutting them out you can then eat more foods you like which have a traditional stigma attached to them; butter, chocolate ect. You will soon find theses foods do not have the weight gaining affects you have been brought up to expect. They are wholesome foods.
