And now for something completly different

Step one : Take one soiled potato and wash roughly . Chop into chips , not too thick or large . Use a sharp knife as a blunt one will cut you !

Step Two :  Put a few knobs of butter ( no , not margarine , proper butter or you may as well give up now ) into a metal tray . Throw the chips into the tray and place in a hot oven , about 3/4 on full power for aprox 20 minutes

Step Three : Delicious natural chunky chips you eat as an extra snack while watching a good film that aren't deep fried in oil ( you can eat as many as you like without getting fat ) which becomes more important as life rolls on . Nice !

  1. Well, that looks good. I assume your potatoes are not GMO as the ones sold here in both the USA and Canada.

  2. No they are good old natural British ones lol . GM is still at the trial period over here , although some ingredients in our food may contain them apparently . In America they don't seem so fussy . I know American diary farmers inject their cows with BST , a milk increasing hormone . Consumers are very sensitive here about food issues . And yes im against GM foods and BST as I think modern farm animals are under enough strain due to their modern high output breeding . I should write a post about it .
